Since over 3 years ago, my cofounders and I worked hard to build technology that could help economic development and foster social equality. Hogaru is a result of that vision and it aims to become the largest and most efficient facility management company in the region, creating +100,000 of good jobs in the next 10 years. Our first focus is cleaning services and +6,000 clients have already booked over 600,000 hours with our professional cleaners.
Today, we are humbled and proud to announce that we joined Y Combinator. As our good friend Freddy from Platzi said, YC is not really an incubator or an accelerator, but «the community of the greatest entrepreneurs».
We applied to YC since we wanted to learn from YC partners and alumni how to scale up our business. Our responsibility is to make sure we apply all these learnings to improve the value we create for our clients and co-workers. It’s a long journey, but a very exciting one.
